At first I thought vDeck looked like a real alternative to cPanel. vDeck looks pretty but I feel like I'm always struggling to get to where I want to go. I also don't like how I have to go out of the file manager to uncompress zip files. Ugh. I'll stick to cPanel. I’ve used both. Maybe could grow to a very usful control panel later but cPanel has always provide best services and easy way to manage your website. At this point i totally disagree with comparisms. What you get in cPanel is only limited to your knowledge of the software. Take for example, the new messaging industry is implementing so many activities like Mail2SMS, Forwarding incoming mail to a Perl/PHP script. this is very simple to configure with cPanel. But never on vDeck. This is just to metion a few of new technologies you enjoy on cPanel. I have been using vDeck for more than 5 years. Will not do anything serious with it.
