I've never used Yahoo though for hosting. Another good one that you didn't mention is FusionHost I've been using them for over a year now and I have to say that they are one of the best hosting companies I have used yet. Their customer service is excellent and I have never had a problem with downtime since being with them. I’ve used IX Web Hosting before and have been impressed with their reliability and customer service. I’ve never used Yahoo though for hosting.

Another good one that you didn’t mention is FusionHost
