I’ve never built a website before and inmotion makes it so easy. Its affordable and the customer sevice is good. They respond and resolve issues quickly. They only ask you to send an email after they figure out what it is you need. Its no big deal. Inmotion provides all kinds of features that are a breeze to install.

awardspace is for me a very good hosting provider even the free account is very good and with no problem you can do pretty much everything on the account and support allot program that you can install and you can find alot of info that you need for youre website if you encounter any problem, i have never tried their supportcenter because i have not yet encounter a problem that would need their help.

The only reason I didn’t give Awardspace 5 for Customer Support. is that I’ve never needed it. Everything here is so intuitive and well explained. The free hosting is a great way to learn the intricacies of putting a site on the web. Although I learnt HTML seversl years ago at university, I had never actualy built a proper site on the internet. Awardspace has made it possible for me to do so. So let me explain why I have given them the ratings that I have: Reliability, I have never known them to be of line. Price Value, it costs nothing, so you can’t fault it and what you get for that is amazing. Control Panel, it all works as you would expect it to at first glance. Customer Support, see above. Overall Rating, well see if you can find a fault. All this and no advertising, the only thing they could do more is to bring me a beer and a sandwich.

Concerning it’s FREE Service:
Been with Awardspace for several years, and tried a few other Free Web hosts too.
This is the best FREE Web host service that I could find at the time, others are now defunct.
It does have restrictions such as no mass mailing, quite a few PHP functions have been disabled, and the PEAR packages were lacking.
All-in-all considering it’s free I would recommend it as those wanting to create personal and hobby sites. Any serious sites should use it’s paid hosting, or find some other paid web host.

Awardspace Hosting is the one of the best i have tried so far it comes up with limited PHP for free accounts which allow you to basically test your scripts. There seems to be a problem with distribution since it cannot be acessed from certaing internet places.
Aside from that uptime is 100% evertime at least when it was required the service, i recomend going for it, the registration is simple and straight forward to your email with all setup to run

Well i must admit that I am blown off by what i am getting at AwardSpace. I think the service is amazing. I was searching for a hosting service like this since ages. I think award space really has a great product offering. The fact that they initially start off a customer with free services that are REALLY FREE is great. I am looking forward to upgrading my plan to the top of the line as i am running online businesses with about 70 websites hosted and have looking for a service that gives value for money like award space. I have been with Awardspace for a couple of years now, and it has always shocked me how when other hosting services I have used start cutting back on their services and adding a bunch of ads everywhere, Awardspace still doesn’t force ads and gives just the right amount of web space I need for a great price.
It is not, however, without problems. While I have yet to see it experience “down-time” as a couple people have claimed, they do have a list of censored words. If you put one of these words on your website, it shuts down until you remove the word. These aren’t offensive words, but words like eBay… their claim is that they want to prevent people from shoving a bunch of common search cues into their website, but it’s extremely annoying, especially when they won’t actually give you the list.
Still, it is a good webhost and I will probably stick with them for a long time.
