I tried quite a few providers over the years some have been ok some not so ok, LOL… I found Bluehost a few years ago when I was havng difficuly with another host, my only issue is that I didn’t find them several years ago, great company
I wonder how Bluehost manage to keep their hosting costs so low, $6.95 is a total bargain compared to a lot of the hosters out there. I’m not complaining though there set up is really professional and I always get decent throughput!
I have been with them for almost year and never had any problem such as a long downtime. Their price is not cheapest but you cannot finding the most reliability in this price range compared with others. Their support is good but not best yet, they took 2 days before reply my question. Not bad but got 4/5 overall from me.

I recently had a bad hosting experience with some free host I found on Google. I was in desperate need of a new, reliable host, and I found just that through Bluehost. In preparation of purchasing a new plan, I proceeded to call up customer service to discuss specifics on the hosting plan. The gentleman answering the call was well informed and very helpful. With that I went ahead and purchased a one year hosting plan and so far Bluehost has not failed me.
I think bluehost is one of my favorite hosting companies. Their services are always up and the customer support is excellent. They also charge very cheap prices in relation to the high quality of service they offer.
Blue host provides a really great service at a very affordable price. I think they are one of the best hosting companies around today. Their service uptime and reliability is perfect. They also have excellent customer support. I have hosted with them for a year now and have had no problems
I agreed on Bluehost reliable. I had been with one hosting company because of its cheap, then I learned that cheap is not worth at all. My site had many downtimes and their support are lack of service mind. This is not say the support from BlueHost is best (that’s why I gave 4) but they are really good and helped me fixes the most of problems at least, even not timely sometime.
**Be warned - stay away from 1&1 for both domain and hosting or you will absolutely regret**
Web Hosting reviews, I think the first think you should always do before hosting your site with any hosting company is check their customers reviews of their services. Some packages may be very cheap but once you host with the company you realize their services are not reliable at all. I’m glad you switched to bluehost because their services are very reliable
I think bluehost is one of the web hosting companies which is rapidly becoming the people’s favorite. Most people I know always have good things to say about bluehost and they are always highly recommended. I host quite a number of my customers’ sites with them and no issues so far.

Phillip the special thing is that they haven’t failed you. I guess your site has a very good uptime and you always get technical help when you require it. That is more that can be said for a lot of hosts out their. The reliability of bluehost with regards to all their services is what makes them special.

You got what you paid and that’s true!! Bluehost is not that cheap but you will get the most important part of web hosting - reliability. I had a bad experienced with some cheap hosting company with a long downtime and really bad support. Bluehost never disappointed me.

I think that blues host is becoming one of the most popular hosting companies on the Internet. With so many great features it’s easy to understand why. Everyone I know has never had a bad thing to say about them. I agree that they really are good at what they do…
I never had any problems hosting with bluehost. You can find any cheaper hosting out there ($1 monthly maybe) but you you have got for what you paid. Their reliability is exception for me.
Bluehost always does a great job so far so good for me. Their support always on time and 99.9% uptime guarantee is a solid.
The only thing I concern is the price. There are others cheaper services and you can save the money instead of hosted on Bluehost. However, their uptime is a solid and it is worth in my opinion. If your site down for a long long time then you may lose more than you save a little buck. You will lose customer and may your search engine ranking too. That’s why I have to stay with them even their price is a little high.
Nothing special for me. Bluehost is a so-so average for me. 3/5 is a reasonalble rating for them.

Bluehost isn’t the cheapest option out there for shared web hosting. However, most of the extremely cheap ones are unreliable or ran by a kid who doesn’t know what they are doing. Bluehost has been around for a long time and they know how to run a web hosting company. They are worth the price. cPanel, the storage space, and bandwidth usage features on their web hosting is what brought me to them.
I love BlueHost! I started my website about two years ago. Even though I’m pretty new to web development bluehost was willing to let me ask them some of the craziest questions they’ve probably ever answered and they remained professional. I give props to their customer support guys! They are very knowledgable and were extremely helpful!
i can give it five because till now its working fine for me without any problems though faced some problems understanding the system but now its working pretty nice for me at least.all that i can say for this one is choose this low budget hosting if u r just starting your website networks…gud luck!
the first months, all is ok
after that, the mysql server is down continuously, the site is many times at day down due tu “cpu excess” and so on.
if you want to kill your site, this is your isp.
if your site is not a homemade web site, you will kill with this people.
Here is my personal review on Bluehost. Their uptime is great and support is quality one. The only thing I concern is their price is not that cheap, but still, a good hosting company I really recommended.
bluehost has a good uptime but the price is a bit more than average. Why don’t you just lower the price a little bit. It could help attract more customers like me. I still not clear why bluehost has a bit higher price than hostmonster. They both are the same company and same datacenters from my own observation. Isn’t it?
I am always confused with all the features provided by the hosting companies. Generally I don’t tend to go with cheapest since I have been burned few times with cheap offers. I have recently seen some good reviews about bluehost and I am planning to try them. I am just figuring out the differences between hosting companies since it seems they have different brand names. It is really confusing like hell.
Since I have started using Bluehost it has quickly become my preferred hosting company. I used to get so frustrated with the poor level of customer service at other hosts and I was shocked to see the excellent level of customer service at Bluehost. I also experience no downtime with this wonderful hosting company.
I like Bluehosts control panel. I move a client from there recently, and it seemed pretty decent. however, the reliability was TERRIBLE. It took me seven hours of (mainly waiting) to shift a small site off of their servers, which just isn’t on, really.
Their support wasn’t much help, pointing me to some status page, which didn’t help much.
Very poor experience. Their server would not allow me to upload files despite trying several ftp clients, including their own. Tech support was completely useless and obviously had no clue. They concluded with “hmm…I don’t know why it’s not working for you…” Finally, they refused to issue a full refund, withholding a fee for domain name registration despite the fact that they advertise that as free. When I told them I couldn’t find this policy anywhere on the website, they told me “that’s just the way it is.” Save yourself the trouble and start with someone else. Bluehost is not even the cheapest.
Although I have never personally tried them. I have thoroughly read their information as it was provided by a person who currently hosts with them. They are very pleased with the overall service they get from BlueHost. I think the prices are excellent and the service you get for the price is even better. I would not hesitate to refer people to this that need a low cost provider that offers a lot.
As many people say BlueHost isn’t the cheapest host but so what? Price is not everything - quality matters. These guys get the quality done right with no downtime and no major issues for over 8 months so far. I really like that they have so many options for support, even a forum where often others users can answer you even faster than tech support does.
