First of all, it took weeks to get my website up on there server, then in the middle of the the year I started having problems uploading to the server again. Once again, my website was down for about a week and a half. I then canceled my account and a year later they billed me for another year. When I called them they said they would refund me, I have been calling them for months now and each time they say they have refunded my credit card but I have yet to see a refund. Startlogic does provide and incredibly good service so I am really surprised to hear that. I've never hosted with Dot5 but after your review, I don't think I will ever. Today I'm getting a message that my web site can't be found. I went to another host, entered my domain name, and my domain name is available.
