After I told them of my issue, I have not heard from them again. Not even whether or how they will refund. 		<description>If you plan to do anything serious about your website, I would not recommend this vendor.

Pro: low cost, good PAST performance
Con: performance, customer service suddenly deteriorated in the last several month

I was fairly happy with their service until recently when suddenly all hell break loose: they changed DNS servers without notifying me, then I realized some files in my account are lost.

They do NOT have a phone or chat line where you can talk to a real person. And they have yet to respond to my repeated requests since I first reported the problem 3 days ago.

Now that I am looking for a project and needed to show a client my work, I have to rebuild it from scratch (by the way, they deleted my DB tables as well). Now I am stuck.

Also with fewer customers you can expect a fast response time on their customer support.
