Hostmonster is an average hosting company and not that best as someone claimed. You should aware that there is no 100% perfect hosting and hostmonster is the one. They are reliable but the support sometimes annoying. They kept asked me like I am a dumb even I already answered all questions.

I am not a customer of them, because i was pissed off by their support when I ask them to clarify things that is not clear in ther advertisement. The guy quit my chat MANY times. The price is good, that’s why i almost signed up to their package, but luckily I didn’t because with the kind of support i get before I purchase, I can’t imagine what will it be like once I’ve paid for it.
Worst, when I went to their support forum, few people there are so stuck up that they just scold me back for making such remark. (hostmonsterforum.com). I hope they will improve their support in the near future. No comment on other stuffs as I was treated like shit when I almost sign up for their package
note: i wasn’t asking for anythign extra, just clarify their terms about domain stuffs.

hostmonster should got 5/5 from me if their support were not sometimes retarded. hostmonster has a much less downtime than I expected, plus a great price value with a easy-to-use cpanel.
but….their support pissed me off!! really shameful!! He did move my site to another server without my acknowledge. It could not pose any serious problem is one of my sites not ruined by the lost of database. Completely lost!!!

Quite good, This host is good if you are not a script mania or sometime you would pissed of by non supported on your own made script. 4/5 is reasonable score.

Hmm….If I am hostmonster manager then some retard support staff would be fired of course!! HM offering a great uptime and easy-to-use cp but some support staff is quite frankly. Slow response and know nothing but only excuse again and again. I do not assume all support staffs are suck but some of them does. Please please improve on this. I do believe you have a large scale but keep the current customer is much easier than finding a new one, isn’t?

A wonderful web hosting company with a very reasonable pricing. I don’t find anything to complain and there back up support is really one of the best in the industry. Every other features are also good enough to mention.

Simply: STAY AWAY!
People who are giving HM five stars have no idea what kind of a**holes they are! Yet…
They closed my account after about 3 months, without a clear reason. They said it cannot be opened again, and promised me a refund for remaining 9 months. After 2 months I saw no refunds whatsoever. I contacted them, they said they’ll give me refund shortly. Again, 3 months passed, no refund. They even started to avoid me.
And when there was only 1 month (of 12) left, they gave me 6 USD! This is outrageous! 8 months wasted! Someone should hack their servers for good! Their attitude sucks…

I guess these guys do okay. I can’t really give them a ringing endorsement but they seem to work hard to resolve any issues that you have. Customer support and control panel were okay compared to whats available.

I really enjoyed setting things up with HostMonster. I feel that there staff knows what they are doing and provides a great service with great support. There was nothing disappointing at all.

HostMonster is a really great web hosting service. I’m trying to think of a time when I had an issue with down time but I can’t really think of one. A little bit pricey, but the overall service is really good in my opinion.

Hostmonster.com is really great in value and everything. But they are prone to hacking alot more. For some reason people just target sites hosted by hostmonster its best to keep all your scripts uptodate if you do host. Just in case!

Their price is not cheapest but reasonable compared to quality. They offer a quality support and some delay in reply but overall is acceptable. The seobaglyak are recommending them.
