They said it cannot be opened again, and promised me a refund for remaining 9 months. After 2 months I saw no refunds whatsoever. I contacted them, they said they'll give me refund shortly. Again, 3 months passed, no refund. They even started to avoid me. And when there was only 1 month (of 12) left, they gave me 6 USD! This is outrageous! 8 months wasted! Someone should hack their servers for good!
