Before changing providers I wanted to give others my experience. o They "upgraded" my service 2 years back, and decided to charge me more since my previous option did not exist. o They have "upgraded" servers about 4 times in the last six months -- every time it's been a nightmare. Over the past week, this last upgrade has caused 4 periods of major downtime, ranging from 2 hours to currently 12+ hours. o You need to do a GET, before SMTP send of any email. This precludes using their SMTP server on your PDA, your google account, etc. o Besides offering apologies, their technical support has no muscle to institute changes. o Their Control Panel (as often as it has been updated) looks like it was designed for kids. After 5 years, I still have issues getting around their site.
