To say that JustHost is a relatively new web hosting provider would be a vast understatement. In fact, this company just launched earlier this year. However, the company has been in development for more than 2 years and is run by a team of professionals with more than 10 years of experience in the web hosting business. They don’t have all the fancy numbers and awards to boast, yet from what we’ve seen so far, JustHost is certainly moving in the right direction.

With JustHost being a new company, it’s understandable that not much is known about their level of reliability. From what we have gathered though, the operation seems pretty tight. Their data center is housed in Chicago, Illinois and ensures high-speed connectivity with multiple high capacity backbones. Every provider needs a backup plan and JustHost has theirs with multiple USP systems and a single high-powered diesel generator. This company makes the guarantee that your website will be up and running 99.9% of the time.

JustHost didn’t have to be in business too long to know how competitive the market it is. Their web hosting plan is very affordable at only $4.95 per month, packed with tons of great features. Unlimited storage, bandwidth, domain hosting and databases give you plenty of room to work with, helping you grow from a small to medium-sized business. Other attractive features include programming languages like Perl, PHP and Python, the Webalizer web stat utility and support for the DreamWeaver web development tool. Add in tons of e-commerce support and you’ve got yourself a nice web hosting package.

Unlike several failed companies who focused more on glamorous features rather than overall service, JustHost has got off to a good start with their excellent customer service. The company offers around the clock support via email and phone and also provide a robust Help Center that allows you to find answers on the topic of your choice. Take a look for yourself and you’ll see that this is already one of the best self-help resources on the market.

As a company, JustHost may be new to the business but their experience is reflected in the way of an affordable price, great features and what appears to be a stable platform. Apparently these guys already know what it takes to be successful. It will be interesting to see how JustHost ranks among reviews throughout the web and if they can keep up the good work.

They attempted to take almost £3000 from my credit card when signing up for their 2 year hosted deal. Do NOT trust them with credit card details!!!
Justhost is one of the great value hosting company I’ve been with. My 3 sites has been hosted with them for almost 2 years without any sort of problems. Their price seems a little bit lower than I was signed up with them. They are well worth the price
I haven’t used this hosting company myself but several people that I know have. Their feelings seem to run the gamut from love to hate which is why I left the ratings right in the middle here. I know people who have had no problems at all with Justhost but I also know a couple who were charged incorrectly and had many administrative problems with their websites and very little customer support throughout.
I’ve not used JustHost, but use JustUptime, and have friend on their hosting, and it’s very much a rollercoaster for them, apparently. MOst of the time, everything is good and their support is friendly, but when there are problems (which seem rare, which is good) their support are more difficult to get hold of, which I suppose could be understandbale.
The whole unlimited thing doesn’t do it for me, not at that price.
I have had mixed experiences with Justhost. I generally have had no problems with the technical side of things however I have had problems with their customer support. They are often very slow to answer emails and slow to fix issues at hand. If they improve these items then it will be a great hosting company.
Have never personally used them but have clients that have used them and they say it often is a touch and go experience with them. I know some of the clients have made complaints and not gotten good response or it has taken way too much time to get a response back. The price is not as good as it should be for the services offered. Some improvements can be made and then you might see a better response from the customer.
