We were with Yahoo for 2 years and left because of bully support and poor uptime. We had switched to Justhost because of praises in superior support team.
We have no doubt their support is excellent but uptime is not good as we expected. We have had 3 downtimes in last month, 15 minutes each. We called and have been told – They are working on fixing someone website that caused overload and downtime to a whole server. We could say 15 minutes was not too bad compare to Yahoo but this is not what we expected when moved to them.
Excellent support is useless if the server are not reliable enough.

We felt in love with technical support team at Justhost. We had experienced a disaster problem a few weeks ago. Only a single line mistake in our custom made script caused a whole system folder being overwritten instead of another folder we wanted to. We had only backup from six months ago and it was too old to be used. We had contacted Justhost techinical support to find possible solution. We were told they had backup from two days ago and that was a cure for us.
We had learned a lot from big lessson and we have made backup for daily since then. We have to thanks Justhost technical support for immediate helped with an excellent mind services.

This is a pretty average service in my opinion. They don’t do anything really horrible, but nothing jumps out at me to justify me giving them a 5 rating on anything. I’ve hear of some people having some issues but I’ve never experienced this.

A friend of mine had a problem with their site that constantly would freeze up on them. I’m not sure if it was a hardware problem or if it was the web host. He insists that it was them but I don’t really know for sure.

This is an alright web service provider. Nothing really stands out as being stellar, but you really get what you pay for. I prefer to shop around, but these guys are pretty good all in all.

This is an outstanding service and a great overall value. I would strongly recommend using JustHost and you will not be disappointed. Can’t think of a whole lot that I didn’t like so if you are looking for a great web service, go with these guys.

I find JustHow as one of the best webhosting service provider with unlimited disk space, bandwidth, emails, and hosted domains. There control panel setup and other features are far superior compared with others and really helping me a lot for my small time website operation. A good customer support.

I have been justhost customer for 3 years without a single issue ever happened. They had changed my mind about standard web hosting service from “poor uptime / poor staff” into a great experiences. The best I would kept saying about justhost is an excellent customer protection. My competitor was trying to get me sued by called and gave them faked evidence about spam email from my account, which I never done it EVER!!
He had done once when I was with Go…… hosting company. They had kicked me without letting me gave any explain the situation, believed in those faked evidences. I thought justhost would be the same but I was wrong. They called me and ask politely about what was happened. I gaves them everything and all problems got solved a few hours later. I have been informed about no guilty. This should be done so far and I should not been kicked out if those Go….. did check their log file first. Log file can tell everythings but those mofo chose to ignore it instead.
justhost is my recommendation for both hositng uptime and services.

I have been with Justhost for several years and never wanted to switch the side even the “better deals” regarding price and offers are wating out there. As a business person without technical knowledge I would say justhost is a great hosting for business company. Their support and uptime quality are unmatched and excellent as always.

justhost has been with us for several years and never let us down. the best price by far with quality uptime. It may not a 100% uptime perfectly but 99.99% is enough for us. Where would you find this uptime for this price? Most of small hosting companies were let us down with their “maintenance updates” but not with justhost. we would recommend you avoid small company and stick with a big one, justhost is a good choice to go.

Justhost has an average uptime, not that 99.9% as guaranteed but excellent in features. You cannot get a lot of features with such a cheap price like this elsewhere. The only cons from my side is about asp. They do not offer an option for asp availibility in case you need modification later.

Justhost support is awesome and friendly. I have had 14 domains registered with my first hosting company. I wish I would not continued with them since they are way too expensive. They kept all domains as hostages and forced me to continue using their hosting service. It was a really horrible story as I did not expect that to happen.
I went to dreamhost at the first place asked them if they could help me transfer all those domains to them and I would use their services. The answer like I expected – denied. I have no idea why I called justhost only because I saw their banner. I only wished if they could help me transfer all those domains into mine. They did!! They did it well beyond any expectation. I have to say justhost support is greatest ever!!

I’ve had the worst experience with JushHost. I bought their service once – the price is really good. After that I spent 2 days on trying to make it work their cPannel. Several people from their support crew could not help me out. Lots of phone calls, hours spent on their chat, many emails – nothing, the cPannel didn’t work on my PC. And everytime you speak with a different person. Finally I decided to cancel the service after 2 days of NOT using it. I’ve got a refund, sure but $30 less then I paid for it. People read the fine print on their agreement! They claim money back guaranteed – well that is BS because you won’t get all the money back. Finally ordered service @ iPage. No problems so far and everything works smooth.

I have found JustHost to be quite quick at replying to problems – usually in around an hour on most occasions. The price is excellent for what you get – I have upgraded to a faster server and it’s not much more expensive. The worst thing is that for some reason the servers go down. Some months it never happens but I have had a couple of months when it has happened a few times. It doesn’t last long ususally but is frustrating. Overall I am happy and will be sticking with them.

They are only a fair good hosting company. They are cheap but not as reliable as advertised. If you do really wanted a professional hosting for online venture then this company may be not for you by all means.

Even I saw many negative reviews but I still decided to give it a try. All I want to say is I have to disagree with some of them. I operate two websites – one is vbulletin forum and another one is wordpress blog. Yes I found occasionally downtime but they are still reliable in overall performance compare to other companies in this price range.
They are a good company for anyone who running a basic personal website not a massive heavy one (I guess “all” shared hosting not allow you to host such a website if they found out.)

Company appeared to be a good value until a simple question of what version php was supported by both on line chat and support ticket was apparently difficult for them to answer. I was not able to have any use of this company as I had requested a refund, which was promptly provided, after three days. The technical support appears to be overworked or limited in their knowledge of the product provided. I may have caught them at a bad time during the holiday period also.

An average and yet perfects for hosting but good for a price. Uptime is ok but support needs improvement. Their supports was quite a bit slowly and not that smart enough. I have to gave them three times explanation on the same story to each different support person about my email issues. Didn’t they ever linked between each others?

Be warned about customer service. My account has been terminated without any prior notification email. I know later about things that doesn’t comply TOS but nothing in detailed. But the fact that was really a fact is about resources hog issue. My website just got a peak visitors from popular keywords in Google. This is disgusting!!

My personal review in short – If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Those monkeys are operating in that shit hole support dept. If you try to get in touch with them them have fun waiting for a week. Why? They know nothing at all and they have to Googled everything just to answer your question!
