With the amount of money I pay them, you would think that more people would be on-hand when I have to make the call. I do get good customer service, but it simply takes too long to get anyone on the phone.

I thought about moving to lunarpages, but after reading these reviews I am not sure if this will be a good decision.
It seems that they have trouble with customer support and are not able to change that situation over a long time.
I think will look for another host for my sites.

Lunarpages price is cheap but you have to pay them yearly to get that rate. I have 35 wordpress blog and 10 joomla sites with them. None of them has any problem. a bit lack in support is a thing I concern. Late reply in email. I have to waited 4 days before got any reply. The answer was helpful but came out too late.

Here is my personal review
Uptime – a little downtime and some incompatible with my custom script
Price Value – Good but have to paid yearly advance. Pretty common for many hosting company these days.
Control Panel – Nothing special
Customer Support – They are on time but lack of knowledge. They took many hours before figured out the solution of my custom script.
Overall Rating – Good but not best host company in my opinion.

I wonder why lunarpages still ranked 3? They should be ranked higher and may be #1 as they are reliable hosting company. Great price value I might admit. Some delay in support responding but it’s ok. 4/5 is reasonable score for them.

I have been with Lunar Pages for several years. They have hosted my first web site. Since then I have designed 5 other websites all with different objectives and different puposes. Each had their own requirements and needed different services. Lunar Pages was able to host all of them and with their great support I have been able to make all of them work perfectly. I am NOT a professional web designer/webmster, but people think I am because of Lunar Pages! I’ll be honest and say that I have not used any other service (no need to) so I can’t rate those but Lunar Pages should be rated #1

Lunarpages is one of the few web hosting companies that boast of a glorious past since it is in operation since 1998. The other thing I like about lunarpages is that they have a wonderful affiliate program and this program is a great success with customers as well.

Lunarpages seems to be oldest web hosting services on the web. They have won several awards in the past for maintaining good customer relationships. Customer support is what is much talked about when it comes to lunarpages. It is second to none in this regard.

Lunarpages has shown the way to several other later formed web hosting companies as far as the field of service is concerned. As far as my knowledge goes the video tutorials was first started by lunarpages before any other web hosting copany.
