So I am questioning customer support at the moment, but it looks good other than that. I have been doing research on them and customer support is the biggest complaint on them out there. I found that having the URL for free made this one of the better deals I could find. I went for the $5.95 per month hosting and I have been really pleased. Had no problems with it so far. The control panel is fairly easy to use but after talking to some people they suggest that cPanel would of been easier for a novice like myself.
