To start with they were ok for cheep hosting, lots of add on scripts etc. As time went by their support became non-existent and extremely frustrating and the service to the website went downhill. Everything is SLOW, ftp (even though I paid for ftp zoom…what a joke!), their control panel their tech support are appalling. DON’T GO POWWEB IN A PINK FIT. It has been somewhat of a nightmare at time to host my sites with Powweb and I am no fan of their customer support team. They have been slow to help me whenever I had any problems.
