the webhostingpad support really focuses on empowering its customers not only by helping them deal with the issues they are having but also by explaining what the problem was and how that problem can be dealt with independently in the future. I feel as if, the more i have contact with their support team, the more knowledgeable i become and now I hardly ever have to contact them. their support is really great unlike bluehost who just sent me links to their knowledgebase articles whenever i asked them a question. webhostingpad is much more personal and they put much more effort into helping their customers. im really grateful.

This is one of the best hosting companies i have seen. The uptime is almost 100%. The technical support is also very good. I had no issues with the speed and bandwidth. One could get specific answers to the queries. My rating would be top for this. The price is also an affordable one.

webhostingpad is such a great hosting company. I was blown away by their prompt phone answering and helpfulness. Not many companies answer their phones within 2 minutes and also don’t rush to get off the phone by giving simple, incomplete answers. Instead they explained a lot, very clearly, and I was helped well. thank you I am staying with you a long time!

I haven’t had a single regret since moving from Yahoo to Webhostingpad. Sure, there are a few problems – my sites have been down a couple of times, and during peak hours support has taken about 15-20 minutes to answer. But there’s no such thing as a perfect host, and Webhostingpad’s service is unquestionably equivalent to the services of hosts that cost $7, $8, $9 per month. And compared to Yahoo, Webhosting SHINES.

Webhostingpad is the one I would give as an advice to my friends, if they are looking for a really good and web host. I never had any trouble with them, never was left alone by the customer service. This is a wonderful host to work with. That is why they get full 5 points from me.

Web Hosting Pad is great! I honestly didn’t think I could get such great service for the budget I had, but a friend recommended his hosting company, Web Hosting Pad, and I’m as happy with it as he is. Great uptime, customer support, features, specials, even a coupon when I signed up. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I get back to webhostingpad after being with another host and had a few problems their with missing data, changed storage size and so on.
Webhostingpad has giving me help to get back to them ( had trouble to get my data out of the old provider systems) and webhostingpad has a wonderful customer support. And all with an unbeatable price- thanks for that guys.

198.54.202.130 : I’m afraid you don’t know what you’re talking about here. I use your pop servers to collect mail for our company. This means you are storing our email! The old mail just collects and takes up more space – I want to delete that old mail as I mentioned earlier.
Brent S. : That is email quota, which you need to set from cPanel itself.

Even though the pricing is bit at higher end, the whole features are really very helpful for an individual like me. They are suppose to increase their customer support service with industry at par. Their multimedia package and cPanel are very useful for my kind of job.

I had signed up with webhostingpad a few months ago. How the hell they had been listed in top 10?? What is the good about them huh??
They had a really bad support with crack smoking servers. Several downtimes in last 2 months!! I doubt about their honest everytime I asked the reason behind this. I hate stupid excuse and wants my website to work!! Their live chat support is closed 90% of the time!! WTF
Stay away and go get some better hosting. Read more and more before making decision.

I have been with webhostingpad for about 2 years now with very few issues. When they have come up, support was very quick to handle my problems. They have all the stuff you are looking for in a good host and you really can’t beat the price. I am surprised they can offer all they do for two bucks a month.

First when I approach webhostingpad with the price they provide, I was shocked weather they will provide it or not. I dare to signup with webhostingpad and within an hour I received all the features with there commitments. Awe some service on Live Chat and Email. I have recommend number of my friends to host there websites on webhostingpad.
Thank god, I choose the best hosting provider around the globe.

These guys are okay. I’ve had a little bit of trouble with down time but that was awhile ago. Everything else is pretty good. I didn’t have any issues with the customer support they provide and I like the control panel setup.

I’m not too sure if I’ll go back with these guys. The overall service wasn’t too bad, but I’ll probably test the market. I’ve heard some good things about some other web hosting services so I’ll probably look around. Not a bad service though.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the cPanel features which allows users to get custom redirect pages and the search engine submission tool,which is very much useful to my kind of work. Their unstinted backup support gets my problems fixed at the earliest. Great webhosting company.

As a SOHO user I have signed up with WebHostingPad and really getting good feedback from my customers for the kind of webhosting service from them. There are at times a small amount of deficiency in customer care, but nevertheless all my queries got answered at time. Looking forward for much more offer and great service.

I have used their service for a few months and they have been fantastic. I had an issue in the middle of the night (3a.m.) and got right through to someone who was very helpful in guiding me through my issue and was rather thoughtful. Thanks again Andrew!
